At Suhi, every piece is made-to-order or produced in small batches. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently from mass-market fashion brands.
1. Store Credit Only — No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds, refunds to your original payment method, or bank transfers. All approved returns are issued as store credit, sent to your registered email once your returned item passes quality check.
- Store credit is issued via email as a unique code.
- Store credit is valid for [3 months from date of issue]
- Store credit can be used for any product on shopsuhi.com and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
2. Return Eligibility Window
- You must raise a return request within 3 days of the delivery date through our [Return Portal].
- Requests raised after this 3-day window will not qualify as a valid return, and we will be unable to process a pickup, exchange, or store credit for that order.
- The delivery date used for this calculation is the date recorded by our courier partner as "delivered," not the date you personally opened the package.
3. How to Raise a Return
- Visit our [Return Portal] within 3 days of delivery.
- Enter your order details and select the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Choose whether you'd like a return (store credit) or an exchange.
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner. A small courier fee applies (149/-)
If your area isn't serviceable
In rare cases, our courier partner may not service your pincode. If this happens, our team will inform you directly and ask you to self-ship the item to our warehouse address (which we'll provide).
4. Condition Requirements
To qualify for store credit, the returned item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Free of stains, odours (perfume/deodorant), makeup marks, or alterations
Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the product will be shipped back to you (return-to-customer courier fees may apply).
5. Quality Check & Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, our team runs a quality check within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- If the item is approved, we'll issue your store credit via email right after.
- If the item is rejected (fails the condition check above), we'll notify you with the reason and arrange for the item to be sent back to you.
- Please check your inbox and spam/promotions folder - store credit emails occasionally land there.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during sale/clearance events
- Customized or made-to-order pieces created specifically for a customer
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, this is not treated as a standard return:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue and your order number.
- We'll arrange a free pickup and prioritize your replacement or store credit - no courier fee will apply in this case.
