Return and exchange policy
At Suhi, every piece is made-to-order or produced in small batches. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently from mass-market fashion brands.
1. Store Credit Only — No Cash Refunds
Approved returns are issued as store credit (not cash, not refund to original payment method), sent to your email once the item passes quality check.
- Valid for 2 months from date of issue
- Usable on any product on shopsuhi.com - non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash
- If your order had free shipping, ₹100 is deducted from your store credit as a shipping charge
- You ship the return yourself, within 5 days of delivery. Late shipments won't qualify.
3. How to Raise a Return or Exchange
- WhatsApp us at +91 92512 44670 within 3 days of delivery, with your order ID and item(s).

- We'll send you the warehouse address. Ship the item yourself within 5 days of delivery (you bear the shipping cost)
- Exchange: If wrong size ordered, you can opt for an exchange. Message us over whatsapp at +91 9251244670 and we will initiate an exchange request for you. There's a ₹100 fee (to paid by the customer) to re-deliver the new item. The exchange package has to be self shipped.

THE STORY BEHIND
Suhi is named after two women, Sudha, Priyanshi's mother, and Priyanshi herself. Textiles were never new to her, she grew up around fabric. Her mother designs, her father's been in the textile business as long as she can remember. She'd sit in her mother's boutique after school, watching the tailors turn a sketch into an actual garment, and somewhere in there she started wanting to do that herself. As a teenager she picked up sewing as a hobby and started making her own clothes, which later turned into Suhi.
